MEMORANDUM TO THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION

SUBJECT: Official Notice of Candidacy Withdrawal, Campaign Termination, Deactivation, Cancellation, and Opt-Out (Committee ID: C00933580) 
 
To the Federal Election Commission: 
 
This Form 99 serves as official notice that I, Michael Robinson, am no longer running for office. I have officially withdrawn and opted out of my candidacy, and Michael Robinson for Congress (FEC ID: C00933580) is formally canceling, deactivating, and terminating all campaign and write-in operations for the PA-10 Congressional seat. 
 
1. CANDIDACY WITHDRAWAL & COMMITTEE DEACTIVATION: 
Effective immediately, I am no longer seeking or running for public office. All write-in campaign efforts, voter contact, fundraising, and political activities are completely canceled and deactivated. The committee requests that the Federal Election Commission update all official records to reflect that candidacy status has ended and committee operations are fully terminated. 
 
2. STATEMENT OF THRESHOLD: 
The committee has not raised or expended funds in excess of the $5,000 statutory reporting threshold under 52 U.S.C. � 30101(2) and 11 CFR � 100.5. Total receipts and total disbursements both remain strictly below $5,000. 
 
3. FINANCIAL BALANCE & TERMINATION REQUEST: 
- Current Cash on Hand: $0.00 
- Total Outstanding Debts / Obligations: $0.00 
- Total Loans / Liabilities: $0.00 
 
With a zero-dollar ($0.00) balance, zero outstanding financial obligations, and no active candidacy, we request that the Commission grant immediate termination approval and close out all reporting responsibilities for Committee ID C00933580.
