Subject: Notice of No Campaign Activity 
 
To the Federal Election Commission: 
 
I am submitting this statement to provide an update regarding my campaign for the United States Senate representing Alabama. 
 
My campaign activities for the 2026 election cycle have been suspended. During the period since suspension, there have been no campaign contributions received, expenditures made, or other financial transactions conducted by the committee. 
 
I intend to maintain my campaign committee in accordance with applicable Federal Election Commission regulations while considering my candidacy for the 2028 election cycle. 
I am late filing due to computer issues but have since has the issue resolved. Therefore about to submit my report. 
The committee will continue to meet all applicable reporting and disclosure requirements.
