Dear Mr. Bennett:

The Committee appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Commission�s request concerning the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report.

1. Column B Totals

The Committee filed an amendment on October 5, 2026, to correct the affected Column B totals on Lines 21(b), 21(c), and 23. The amendment updates the year-to-date figures so the balances reconcile with the prior report and current-year activity.


2. Independent Expenditure Reported to ORLATTLE LLC D/B/A ADWELL

The independent expenditure was not omitted. It was initially reported in the amount of $15,000 On May 3rd 48hr Report.. On May 29, 2026, the Committee amended the 48-Hour Report (FEC-1980281) to revise the amount to $6,584.20.

The amendment to the 48-Hour Report did not automatically update the corresponding Schedule E entry in the Committee�s filing software (FEC FILE). As a result, the regular report continued to show the original $15,000 amount. On October 5, 2026, the Committee amended the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report to update Schedule E to the corrected amount of $6,584.20.
