Dear Mr. Baisden:

The Committee appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Commission�s request
regarding the 24-Hour Report for the independent expenditure made by Gamechangers.

1. Late 24-Hour Report

The Committee acknowledges that the report concerning the $12,000 independent
expenditure disseminated on May 29, 2026, was received by the Commission on June
2, 2026, after the applicable deadline.

The Committee�s Compliance team received the vendor�s invoice after the
dissemination date and was not aware of the expenditure until the invoice was received.
Once Compliance learned of the expenditure, it submitted the 24-Hour Report to the
Commission. The late filing was not intentional.

The Committee regrets the late filing and appreciates the Commission�s consideration
of this explanation.
