Dear Mr. Adamsky:

The Committee appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Commission�s request
regarding the 24-Hour Report for independent expenditures disseminated on June 14,
2026.

1. Late 24-Hour Report

The Committee acknowledges that the report was received on June 16, 2026, after the
June 15, 2026 deadline. The report displays a submission time of 12:59 a.m. on June
16. While traveling, the Treasurer�s computer had not updated to local time and was
one hour behind. The incorrect clock caused the filing time to be misread, resulting in an
inadvertent late filing. The delay was not intentional.

The Committee regrets the late filing and appreciates the Commission�s consideration
of this explanation.
