This is in response to your letter dated August 13th, 2026 regarding the July monthly report for March On PAC (“the Committee”). 

You asked about the contributions made to federal candidates and the cash on hand in the Committee’s federal account. The Committee maintains segregated accounts to ensure that the funds raised for our independent expenditure efforts are not comingled with the funds used for direct contributions to federal candidates. On the dates on which the contributions were made, there were sufficient funds in our account. The Committee is happy to comply with any Commission regulations regarding the reporting of cash on hand in the segregated accounts.
