This is in response to your letter dated August 12th, 2026, regarding the July quarterly report for Save America Fund ("the Committee"). 

You asked about the untimely filing of the Form 24. While the initial filing disclosing the $60,000 media buy was timely, the Committee was later notified of $10,875 in additional production costs. The amended report was filed within 24 hours of the Committee being made aware of these costs.
