Dear Mr. Adamsky:

This response addresses the Reports Analysis Division’s (“RAD”) Request for Additional Information (“RFAI”) dated August 13, 2026 concerning NetChoice PAC (“Committee”) Amended July Quarterly Report (04/01/2026-06/30/2026), Received 07/15/2026.

Your letter indicates that the amended report reflects an increase in receipts totaling $300,000 and an increase in disbursements totaling $150,025 compared with the amounts disclosed on the originally filed report. A Miscellaneous Text page has been included with the amended report to explain that these receipts and disbursements were inadvertently omitted from the original filing. Upon identifying the omission, the Committee promptly amended the report before the end of the filing due date. The Committee has reviewed its reporting procedures and implemented additional measures to help ensure that all reportable activity is accurately and timely disclosed on future reports.

Your letter also notes that certain financial activity was reflected on the incorrect lines of the Detailed Summary Page. The non-federal contribution originally reported on Line 23 has been corrected and is now disclosed on a separate Schedule B supporting Line 29 of the Detailed Summary Page.
