In regard to the RFAI’s first item, requesting clarification on contributions from individual contributors that appear to exceed federal contribution limits, all of the contributions listed on the Attachment to the Commission’s letter have been reattributed, redesignated, and/or refunded within 60 days of the date of receipt, as will be reflected on the appropriate Committee report covering the period of the activity. In regard to Item 2, the Committee has taken the appropriate corrective action regarding the LLC contributions identified in your letter. The Committee sought the required attribution information from the contributors; however, the requested information was not provided. Accordingly, the contribution from Garber's Men's Wear was refunded on July 6, 2026, and the contribution from Premier House Wash was refunded on July 17, 2026. Both refunds were issued within 30 days of receipt and will be disclosed on the Committee's October Quarterly Report, to be filed on October 15, 2026. In regard to Item 3, the original contribution and corresponding redesignation were reported under the contributor's partial name, Joseph M., without the contributor's last name. The Committee has amended the April Quarterly Report to update the original contribution and corresponding redesignation entries to reflect the contributor's full name, Joseph M. Pizza, thereby matching the reported chargeback and ensuring consistent disclosure throughout the Committee's reports. In regard to Item 4, the Committee has amended the July Quarterly Report to include the required WinRed conduit memo entry for the earmarked contribution received from Peabody PAC. The amended report now properly discloses the conduit information and clearly associates the WinRed memo entry with the corresponding earmarked contribution. In addition, the Committee amended the July Quarterly report to update the donor name from Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers PAC to American Airlines PAC, while retaining the correct FEC Committee ID. The Committee also confirms that Mallinckrodt LLC PAC amended its Statement of Organization (FEC Form 1) on November 21, 2025, to change its name to ST Shared Services d/b/a Keenova Therapeutics PAC and simultaneously changed its connected organization, disaffiliating from PAR Health Inc.
