RE: July Quarterly Report (04/01/2026–06/30/2026), FEC-1989073, and Request for Additional Information dated July 15, 2026

Economic Freedom PAC submits this Form 99 in response to the Commission's Request for Additional Information concerning the Committee's July Quarterly Report.

The discrepancy in beginning cash on hand resulted from the Committee inadvertently creating a separate FECFile database for the July Quarterly Report rather than preparing the report using the same database used for the preceding April Quarterly Report. As a result, the April Quarterly Report's ending cash-on-hand balance of $26,501.50 did not automatically carry forward as the beginning cash-on-hand balance on the July Quarterly Report.

The Committee reviewed its records and determined that the correct beginning cash-on-hand balance for the July Quarterly Report was $26,501.50. There were no receipts or disbursements during the reporting period. Accordingly, the correct ending cash-on-hand balance as of June 30, 2026 was also $26,501.50.

The Committee has reconstructed its FECFile database and filed an amendment to the July Quarterly Report correcting the beginning and ending cash-on-hand balances. The Committee has also implemented procedures to maintain and back up a single continuous FECFile database for future reports to prevent this issue from recurring.
