REFERENCE: APRIL MONTHLY REPORT (03/01/2026 - 03/31/2026)

Dear Ms. Hanna,

This statement is in response to the Commission’s letter to the Committee dated August 9, 2026, regarding two (2) items on the above-referenced report. 

First, the Commission’s letter requests clarification regarding the Committee’s administrative expenses. The Committee’s administrative expenses have been properly disclosed by the Committee either on Line 21(b) of Schedule B or allocated properly on Schedule H4. For the reporting periods referenced in the Commission’s letter, the Committee did not disclose any payments for salary or wages on Schedule B supporting Line 30(b) of the Detailed Summary Page. The Committee allocated its salary and wages on Schedule H4 since none of its employees spent more than 25% of their time on Federal Election Activity (FEA) or activities in connection with a Federal election. These payments have been properly allocated.

Second, regarding year-to-date total calculations for the Administrative category on Schedule H4, the Committee has corrected these totals on the Amended Report being filed concurrently with this response.
