Response to Request for Additional Information

Dear Reports Analysis Division:


This Form 99 is submitted on behalf of Plus One for America in response to the Request for Additional Information regarding the Committee's Amended Year-End Report covering the period July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

The Commission noted that the amended report reflects a decrease in receipts totaling $74,365 and a corresponding decrease in disbursements totaling $74,365 when compared with the original filing.

The Committee’s initial Year-End Report disclosed as in-kind contributions (and corresponding expenditures) the value of uncompensated volunteer services provided to the Committee. The Committee subsequently determined that those uncompensated volunteer services should not have been included on the report because such services are expressly excepted from the definitions of “contribution” and “expenditure” under the Commission’s  regulations.

Accordingly, the Committee amended its report to remove the in-kind contribution and in-kind  expenditure entries for the unpaid volunteer services included in the initial Year-End Report. Because the amendment removed equal amounts from both receipts and disbursements, the Committee's cash activity was unaffected. The amendment did not change the Committee's beginning cash-on-hand balance, ending cash-on-hand balance, or overall financial position for the reporting period.

The amended report was filed to correct the public record and more accurately reflect the Committee's reportable activity during the reporting period.
