The candidate has wished to reserve the right to redesignate the committee as a principal campaign committee for a future election it is hard to predict when another [statewide] opening may occur but it is an effort to level the playing field versus the number of self-financing statewide candidates in NJ. If a future election opportunity does not occur within the next few years, we intend to submit a plan to wind down the committee. The candidate is well aware that these funds may not be spent for personal use.  The committee will be making several significant contributions to House and Senate candidates this year and several more in NJ for 2027 when both houses of the legislature are up for election.
