Please see below for our complete response. The contributions that appeared to be from a corporation and/or labor organization were the subject of research on the part of the committee at the time of reporting. We attempted to verify that these funds were permissible and obtain contributing partner information but were ultimately unable to do so and these contributions have been refunded. These refunds will be included in the upcoming October Quarterly Report. The contributions that appeared to exceed the limits set forth in the Act were also the subject of research on the part of the committee at the time of reporting. The excessive contribution from Veterans Guardian Va Claim Consulting PAC(Vetguard PAC) was refunded on 05/06/2026 and that refund was included on the July Quarterly Report that was filed on 07/15/2026. The excessive contribution from affiliated committees has also been refunded and that refund will be included in the upcoming October Quarterly report. The excessive contributions made to other committees were made in error. The excessive contributions to Mackenzie for Congress Committee and Rob for PA have been refunded and those refunds were included on the July Quarterly report that was filed on 07/15/2026. The committee has requested a refund of the excessive contribution to Kean for Congress Inc and will report it to the commission once received. The committee attempted to redesignate the contributions received after the primary election date that were designated to the Primary election but we were ultimately unable to do so, and, as such, we have refunded these contributions. These refunds will be included in the upcoming October Quarterly report. The contributions from an organization not registered with the Commission were also the subject of research on the part of the committee at the time of reporting. We attempted to verify that these funds were permissible but were ultimately unable to do so.
