With respect to items 1-3 identified in your letter, the Committee responds as follows: 1. Redesignations to General and Runoff: Our committee can confirm that the committee did employ an acceptable accounting method to distinguish between primary and Runoff and/or general election contributions. The system was tracked and all contributions allocated to either the Runoff or general election were refunded to the donors after accounting for any subsequent reattributions to their spouses, which were all reflected on the Termination report. 2. Apparent Runoff Election Contributions to be Remedied: • Riley, Chris $143.56—For Chris Riley’s original $3643.56 contribution, $1,821.78 was later attributed to his spouse, Bambi Riley, on May 19th, 2026, and allocated under her name to the primary election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 27B. Therefore, there are no Runoff election contributions that were still allocated under his name when the Termination report was filed and no refund would be due to him. • Tarbutton, Ben III, $143.56-- For Ben Tarbutton’s original $3643.56 contribution, $143.56 was later attributed to his spouse, Betsy Tarbutton on May 14th, 2026, and allocated under her name to the primary election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 31B. Therefore, there are no Runoff election contributions that were still allocated under his name when the Termination report was filed and no refund would be due to him. • Whitaker, Mickey $1500-- For Mickey Whitaker’s original $5000.00 contribution, $2500 was later attributed to his spouse, Leigh Ann Whitaker on May 19th, 2026, and allocated under her name to the primary election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 34C. Therefore, there are no Runoff election contributions that were still allocated under his name when the Termination report was filed and no refund would be due to him. 3. Apparent General election Contributions to be Remedied: • Campbell, Thomas $3500-- For Thomas Campbell’s original $10,500 contribution, $5,250 was later attributed to his spouse, Karen Campbell, on May 19th, 2026, and allocated under her name $3,500 to the primary election and $1750 to the Runoff election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 7C. The $1750 each for Thomas and Karen that was allocated to the Runoff was refunded on 6/12/26. Therefore, there are no General election contributions that were still allocated under either of their names when the Termination report was filed and no additional refunds would be due. • Colson, George, $3500-- For George Colson’s original $10,500 contribution, $5,250 was later attributed to his spouse, Rosemaqui Colson, on May 17th, 2026, and allocated under her name $3,500 to the primary election and $1750 to the Runoff election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 11C. The $1750 each for George and Rosemaqui that was allocated to the Runoff was refunded on 6/12/26. Therefore, there are no General election contributions that were still allocated under either of their names when the Termination report was filed and no additional refunds would be due. • Frey, Matthew $3500-- For Matthew Frey’s original $10,500 contribution, $5,250 was later attributed to his spouse, Andrea Frey, on May 17th, 2026, and allocated under her name $3,500 to the primary election and $1750 to the Runoff election. This reattribution is reflected on the Termination report on page 16C. The $1750 each for Matthew and Andrea, which was allocated to the Runoff was refunded on 6/12/26. Therefore, there are no General election contributions that were still allocated under either of their names when the Termination report was filed and no additional refunds would be due. • McLaughlin, Sean, $3500-- For Sean McLaughlin’s original $10,500 contribution, $5,250 was later attributed to his spouse, Brittany McLaughlin on May 19th, 2026, and allocated under her name $3,500 to the primary election and $1750 to the Runoff election. This reattribution is reflected in the Termination report on page 21A. The $1750 each for Sean and Brittany that was allocated to the Runoff was refunded on 6/12/26. Therefore, there are no General election contributions that were still allocated under either of their names when the Termination report was filed and no additional refunds would be due. • Vasquez, Malaquias Lopez $3500-- For Malaquias Lopez Vasquez’s original $10,500 contribution, $5,250 was later attributed to his spouse, Jennifer Ramirez Vasquez on May 17th, 2026, and allocated under her name $3,500 to the primary election and $1750 to the Runoff election. This reattribution is reflected in the Termination report on page 32C. The $1750 each for Malaquis and Jennifer that was allocated to the Runoff was refunded on 6/12/26. Therefore, there are no General election contributions that were still allocated under either of their names when the Termination report was filed and no additional refunds would be due. Through this response, the Committee can confirm, as you requested, that the appropriate steps were taken for each donation in question and no additional further action is required under Commission regulations for these particular contributions at this time.
