We are in receipt of the Request for Information notice sent to our committee for the above referenced report. Please see below for our complete response.

1. Mr. Bill Douglas and Mr. William Douglas are two different individuals. As a result, the contributions in question are not in excess of federal limits for our campaign. The remainder of the donors in question were addressed by either a re-attribution or a re-designation on our July Quarterly Report. 

2. The contribution from Friends of Jan Jones was verified as being from federally permissible funds. We regret that this was not noted on our original filing.
