In response to your Request for Additional Information dated 7/26/2026 regarding the Committee's July Quarterly FEC report, please find the following explanation. Whip Victory Fund received from Pinnacle West Corporation PAC a $5,000 contribution on 5/15/2026.  The donor designated the contribution to Elect Majority Making Effective Republicans PAC, a participant of the joint fundraising committee. Pinnacle West Corporation PAC discloses making the contribution directly to Elect Majority Making Effective Republicans PAC on 4/29/2026. Elect Majority Making Effective Republicans PAC discloses receiving the funds from Pinnacle West Corporation PAC in the joint fundraising transfer that was received by the PAC on 6/30/2026.
