Your letter indicates that the Committee's amended report discloses an increase in debts to a vendor. Your letter also acknowledges that the amended report included memo text explaining that the report was 'Amended in response to request for additional information dated 4/12/26 to disclose independent expenditure disseminated but payment not yet disbursed. This IE was previously disclosed on a 48-hour report.' This memo text explains the reason for the increase in debt on the amended report, but the Committee is also providing additional information below. The Committee correctly filed the 48-hour report for this independent expenditure, which did not yet have an actual payment date. FECFile does not include these transactions-IEs disseminated in the relevant reporting period but paid in a later period-automatically on the next regularly scheduled disclosure report. The Committee inadvertently did not enter this IE as a debt entry on schedule D and a corresponding memo entry on schedule E. The Committee received the original request for additional information letter regarding these transactions on April 13, 2026, and amended the March Monthly report as requested.
