I resigned as Treasurer on March 31, 2026 when I filed the FEC first quarterly report. A new treasurer was appointed April 1, 2026 and the bank account transferred to his name. All Committee records have been transferred to the new treasurer.  
 
The Committee Chair has made it clear that the Committee no longer wants to or needs to be an FEC enrollee.  According to the Chair, the money in the account that Maggie Hanna told me today totals $13,054.20, will not be used for any Federal activities.  
 
Instead, the money will be spent for non-Federal activities. The list includes advertising and events to support local Town, Village, County and/or New York State political candidates as well as the Committee's housekeeping expenses, such as rents, utilities, website, postage, insurance, and committee meeting food and supplies, also small memorials and donations to local needs.
