RE: Response to Request for Additional Information dated May 14, 2026, regarding the Amended October Quarterly Report (07/01/2024 - 09/30/2024), received 03/11/2026. Committee: GALEO Impact Fund PAC, ID C00763433. 
Item 2: The $150,085.74 increase in receipts disclosed in the amended October Quarterly Report reflects transactions in the committee's second depository account at Tandem Bank (account ending 6130), opened in May 2024, which was inadvertently omitted from the committee's original 2024 filings. The increase consists of two wire contributions from Movement Voter PAC totaling $150,000.00 (received 08/06/2024 and 08/26/2024) and ActBlue individual contributions totaling $85.74. These transactions are accurately disclosed in the amended report. 
Items 1 and 3: The committee has filed amendments to its 2024 April Quarterly, July Quarterly, October Quarterly, Post-General, and Year-End reports correcting the cash on hand discrepancy and the Column B calendar year-to-date totals. The cash on hand correction reflects the inclusion of the previously omitted Tandem Bank account and a correction to previously underreported cash balances. The committee continues to review reports from prior periods and will file additional amendments if necessary.
