This statement is in response to the Commission�s letter to the Committee dated May 7, 2026, regarding two (2) items on the above-referenced report. 
 
First, regarding a debt disclosed on Schedule D of a previous report, the Committee has included the correct outstanding balance for the referenced debt on the Amended Report. 
 
Second, regarding contributions earmarked through a conduit, the Committee has disclosed the proper format for earmarked contributions on the Amended Report. 
 
As of the date of this submission, the Committee has been unable to file the Amended Report due to technical limitations of the filing software. The Committee is working together with the Electronic Filing Office to file as soon as possible.
