Dear Reports Analysis Division:

Pursuant to 11 C.F.R. § 104.5, Monumental Sports PAC (the “Committee”) hereby provides written notification to the Federal Election Commission of its election to change its reporting frequency from quarterly to monthly, effective July 1, 2026.

Consistent with this change, the Committee’s first monthly report under the new filing schedule will cover the reporting period beginning July 1 - July 31, 2026, and will be due to the Commission on August 20, 2026. The Committee will file all subsequent monthly reports in accordance with the schedule published by the Commission for the 2026 calendar year.

The Committee acknowledges and will comply with all applicable reporting obligations under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, and the Commission’s regulations, including the timely filing of all monthly reports, as well as any required pre-election, post-general election, and 24-hour or 48-hour notices, as applicable. The Committee further acknowledges that, pursuant to 11 C.F.R. § 104.5(c), it may change its filing frequency no more than once per calendar year.
