This filing is in response to the Commission's Request for Additional Information letter dated May 7, 2026 referencing the April Quarterly Report (01/01/2026 - 3/31/2026).

 
Our committee, DAGA PAC, reported a contribution received from Speak Up PAC (FEC ID C00885137). Speak Up PAC has filed a report Amendment to properly record that the contribution was made to DAGA PAC. The contribution was deposited in DAGA PAC’s federal account and the portion that exceeded $5,000 was transferred to DAGA PAC’s non-contribution account, in accord with written notice provided to Speak Up PAC. Speak Up PAC was provided with written notice informing them of their right to request a refund of the contribution.
