Please be advised that the current committee name is: 
 
Hamilton for Florida 2026 
 
This committee was previously registered with the Federal Election Commission under a prior committee name. The committee has filed an amended FEC Form 1 updating the committee name and committee information. 
 
This is the same federal campaign committee, using the same committee registration history and EIN. The amendment reflects the current name of the committee and does not create a separate entity for banking purposes. 
 
The candidate is also attempting to amend FEC Form 2 to reflect the current campaign information, including the updated committee name and the campaign for United States Representative, Florida�s 25th Congressional District. 
 
Any prior committee activity, including any old personal loan or debt previously noted or reported on prior FEC filings, including any prior Form 99 notice, is intended to remain associated with the same continuing committee and will be carried forward, disclosed, amended, or otherwise reported as required by applicable FEC reporting rules. 
 
The purpose of this amendment is to show the committee�s continuity: prior committee name and records flowing into the current amended committee name, Hamilton for Florida 2026, while maintaining the same committee history and EIN.
