Each individual referenced in the RFAI is address below. Bryan Blom - as a result of an administrative error in our database, this donor record appeared as two separate contributors both within their limits. Because we are outside of the window to redesignate the excess contribution, the excess $1,000 contribution was refunded on the date of receipt of the RFAI alerting the committee to this overage (May 29, 2026), and the record corrected. David L. Flory - the excess contribution for this donor was received via a JFC transfer. The JFC was contacted about the overage and as noted in the original report, corrected by a future transfer within 60 days of receipt via a refund of $3,500 for the Primary and $2,925 for the General. Peter Freeman - This donor's excess $1,500 contribution was presumptively redesignated to the General on 4/10/2026. Adena Freedman - This donor's excess contribution of $287.11 was refunded on 3/16/2026. This refund is reflected in Schedule B on the original April Quarterly Report as well as the amended report. R. Jeffrey Harris - As a result of an administrative error in the database, this donor record appeared as two separate contributors. In addition, the contribution from 1/15/26 was labeled incorrectly as a primary contribution due to an administrative oversight. Because we are outside of the window to redesignate the excess $1,000 from the previously separate donor, that excess donation was refunded on the date of receipt of receipt of the RFAI (May 29, 2026) when alerted to the error of the duplicate record. Additionally, the contribution from 1/15/26 has been updated to reflect the correct designation. Andrew Keys - per the memo text in the original contribution, a spousal reattribution was requested, however, as a reattribution could not be accomplished, the donor was refunded the excess amount of $7,000.00 5/15/2026. Robert E. Low - the excess contribution for this donor was received via a JFC transfer. The JFC was contacted about the $2,676.16 overage and as noted in the original report, corrected by a future transfer within 60 days. William Perez - This donor's excess $1,000.00 contribution was refunded 3/31/2026 and was reported in Schedule B of the original and amended April Quarterly Report. Verne Read, III - the excess contribution was received via a JFC transfer, the excess contribution of $3,500 was corrected by a reallocation by the JFC within the 60 days. Andrea Wynn - the excess contribution of $110.11 for this donor was received via a JFC transfer. The JFC was contacted about the overage and as noted in the original report, corrected by a future transfer within 60 days. Finally, a second amendment to the April Quarterly has been filed to reflect accurate designations, provide additional clarification, and denote actions taken in future reporting. Thank you for drawing attention to this matter and do not hesitate to contact me with any additonal questions. [ENDTEXT]
