TEXTC00946491MEMO_17809679363770F1AThis is being amended to correct the Banking location for the campaign bank account, and to provide a response regarding the requested information per the notice on May 3, 2026.  The timing of the filing of FEC Form 2 and FEC Form 1 was misunderstood when working to transition from testing the waters through formal intent to stand as a candidate.  I filed FEC Form 1 as soon as I was made aware of my misunderstanding of the timing requirements for the change.    I am intending to close my campaign and withdraw my candidacy in light of the redistricting changes in Virginia, and will be submitting requests to that effect shortly as well.
