In regard to the RFAI’s first item, requesting clarification on contributions from individual contributors that appear to exceed federal contribution limits, all of the contributions listed on the Attachment to the Commission’s letter have been reattributed, redesignated, and/or refunded within 60 days of the date of receipt, as will be reflected on the appropriate Committee report covering the period of the activity. For Item 2, all anonymous contributions that exceeded $50 have been disgorged to the US Treasury and that will be reflected on the July Quarterly Report. For Item 3, the Committee had requested partnership attributions from all LLCs before filing the original report but did not receive two of them until afterward, and those attributions will be reflected on the July Quarterly Report. The third (STL Fire Protection, LLC) was refunded on May 19th and will also be reflected on the July Quarterly Report. For Item 4, the Committee has amended the April Quarterly Report and the 2025 Year End Report to correct the original earmarked contributions linked to a conduit. The amendment to the Year-End Report is administrative in nature and does not result in any changes to the financial figures previously reported by the Committee. The amendment to the April Quarterly Report reflects one financial update to move an earmarked contribution from Line 11C to Line 11A. There is no impact to ending cash.
