To whom it may concern:
We have amended our PAC reports due to a clerical error on our internal dibursement reports.  Dibursements were incorrectly listed to payee Conservative, LLC.  These dibursements should have been listed with payee America First Prospects, LLC. We have amended the reports to correct them to show the proper payee. No payment dates or dollar amounts have been changed.  Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
