REFERENCE: YEAR-END REPORT (12/01/2023 - 12/31/2023)

Dear Ms. Vivian,

This statement is in response to the Commission's letter to the Committee dated March 20, 2024, regarding three (3)
items.

First, the Committee did not disclose any payments for salary or wages on Schedule B supporting Line 30(b) of the
Detailed Summary Pages on the referenced reports because none of its employees spent more than 25 percent of their time
on Federal Election Activity (FEA) or in connection with a Federal election. 

Second, regarding the Committee's limited payments for administrative expenses, the Committee's administrative expenses
have been properly disclosed by the Committee either on Line 21(b) of Schedule B or allocated properly on Schedule H4.

Please note that the Committee had a shortage of cash-flow and donations up until the end of 2023. Rent for multiple months of 2023 was actually paid on January 11th, 2024 and was properly documented and filed in the 2024 February Monthly Report.  

Third, the Commission's letter requests clarification regarding a payment for "insurance" disclosed on Schedule H4. This
payment was for directors & officers liability insurance and is properly allocated on Schedule H4.
