Amendment - 2020 October Quarterly Report and 2020 Year-End Report - This Form99 is being submitted in response to the Federal Election Commission's request for additional information dated April 26, 2021.  The FEC's inquiry requests information about the committee's anticipated use of residual campaign funds, and its plans for continuing activity.  As noted in the FEC's inquiry, the committee's reports disclose substantial closing balances.  The committee's reports also disclose outstanding debt that significantly exceeds the committee's cash on hand.  The committee anticipates using its remaining funds to satisfy its outstanding debt (at least in part) and defray any costs that may arise from its wind down activities.  The committee plans to terminate once issues related to its outstanding debt are resolved and funds are exhausted.  The committee is cognizant that its assets may not be used for personal purposes and has no intention to convert remaining funds for such purposes.
