In response to your letter dated April 26,2021 regarding additional information for the above referenced reports: 
 
Subsequent to Mark's decision not to seek future elective office, 
 
1. The Committee continues to liquidate investments to continue with the distribution of residual funds, which will be made in accordance with all applicable laws and commission regulations.  Completion of this is anticipated by the end of this election cycle. 
2. A balance deemed adequate to fulfill our 2022 income tax liability will be retained and a termination report will be filed upon completion of filing our 2022 tax returns.
