Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. ('DJTFP') is filing this miscellaneous report under 11 C.F.R. §§ 102.13 and 100.3(a)(3) to disavow the activities of a committee named MAGA Patriot Party National Committee 
(FEC ID No. C00580100), whose listed Treasurer is James Davis, 18545 Jay Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33948.
 
On January 25, 2021, MAGA Patriot Party National Committee filed a Form 1 (Statement of Organization) listing DJTFP as a participant in purported joint fundraising activities under 11 C.F.R. § 102.17.  DJTFP did not authorize the filing of this Form 1, has not entered into any joint fundraising agreement to fundraise through MAGA Patriot Party National Committee, and has no knowledge of MAGA Patriot Party National Committee's activities whatsoever.  To be clear: DJTFP has no affiliation with MAGA Patriot Party National Committee, which is not authorized by Mr. Trump or DJTFP.  
 
DJTFP is placing this disavowal notice on the public record out of concern for confusion among the public, which may be misled to believe that MAGA Patriot Party National Committee's activities have been authorized by Mr. Trump or DJTFP -- or that contributions to this unauthorized committee are being made to DJTFP -- when that is not true.
