Consistent with the stipulated judgment in Carey v. FEC, Powered by People will establish a separate bank account to deposit and withdraw funds raised in amounts from individuals in excess of $5,000 per calendar year in the aggregate.  As a matter of policy, this separate bank account will only accept additional contributions from individuals of $5,000 per calendar year.  Powered by People will not accept any contributions from corporations or labor organizations, nor will it accept unlimited contributions from individuals.   The funds maintained in this separate account are not used to make contributions, whether direct, in-kind, or via coordinated communications, or coordinated expenditures, to federal candidates or committees.
