TEXTC00167320X1F3XAThis Amended February Monthly (2026) is being filed in response to the Federal Election Commission's Request for Additional Information (RFAI) dated August 31, 2026 concerning administrative expenses reported on numerous monthly reports filed in 2026 (noting the 'RFAI Reference' is July Monthly Report (06/01/2026 - 06/30/2026).    This Amended February Monthly (2026) report now includes the most H1 allocation ration for 2026. The initial report omitted the Schedule H1 in error due to a reporting software glitch (utilizing NGP).     All allocations in 2026 are being done in accordance with this H1 allocation ration.      Please note the following regarding administrative expenses:     - The Connecticut Democratic State Central Committee is a small and limited operation, with only a handful of staff and consultants, and has only 1 office;    - All staff salaries to date have been reported as FEA on line 30(b) the entire duration of 2026, so no allocation has ever been applicable;    - Legal and consulting services have been reported as non-allocated operating expenses on line 21(b);    - No goods or services are provided to the party on an in-kind basis.
