This communication is in response to the FEC communication dated March 12, 2017, signed by Mr. Chris Jones, Campaign Finance Analyst, Reports Analysis Division. 
 
The FEC communication requested clarification regarding the timeliness of the filing of the Statement of Organization, FEC Form 1; such paperwork was allegedly not timely filed during the required period. 
 
The Committee admits that it unintentionally and inadvertantly failed to timely file the required paperwork; the Statement of Organization document FEC Form 1 was filed after the statutory period of 10 days from the filing of the Statement of Candidacy. 
 
The Committee notes that this paperwork timing filing error was unintentional and without deceptive intent, but rather a result of the Committee's inexperience with the proper timing for filing of such paperwork.  
 
The Committee admits and apologizes for this mistake in the timing of the filing of the paperwork and states it will endeavor in the future to comply with all requirements for paperwork.
