Re:  Response to April 28, 2015 Request for Additional Information to Dick Morris' Just Say No to Hillary PAC - C00549840

Dear Ms. Benitz:

The undersigned serves as counsel to the Dick Morris' Just Say No to Hillary PAC - C00549840 ("the Committee").   Your April 28, 2015 Request for Additional Information letter ("the RFAI") has been forwarded to me, following our treasurer's call to you inquiring about the RFAI.

In response, please see the Commission's regulation at 11 C.F.R. §102.14(a)(3), which provides as follows:

"(3) An unauthorized political committee may include the name of a candidate in a title of a special project name or other communication if the title clearly and unambiguously shows opposition to the named candidate."

Here, consistent with the Commission's regulations, the Committee clearly and unambiguously shows opposition to the candidate by including in its name, title, communications and special projects the words "Just Say No", thereby showing opposition to a "Hillary" candidacy.
